We subsequently organised the sale of a stake in the project to AustralianSuper.

J Safra Real Estate

Having historically relocated the Baltic Exchange and completed the site assembly for what was then sold to Swiss Re to develop the building known as ‘The Gherkin’, more recently we advised JSRE in the acquisition of the freehold interest for circa £700 million.

We are retained as strategic asset management and leasing advisor.

Following the pre-leasing of the building to Bird & Bird LLP, we arranged an off market forward sale of the leasehold interest during construction for circa £166 million.

We provided advice in connection with the acquisition of the freehold interest in this former Royal Mail sorting office for circa £120 million.

Following the pre-letting of the newly developed office accommodation to Facebook, we undertook a disposal of the freehold interest for circa £435 million.

Aberdeen Standard Investments

We undertook a targeted process in order achieve an off market disposal of the freehold interest in this asset for circa £105 million.

The property was circa 60% vacant. We were appointed as leasing advisor and following a successful letting campaign we advised on the disposal of the leasehold interest – circa £136 million.

Following disposal of the freehold interest, we were retained as development consultancy and leasing advisor on the repositioning of this iconic asset. During the construction works we successfully pre-let the entire office accommodation of 110,000 sq ft.

We were subsequently appointed to undertake an off market disposal of the freehold interest – circa £182 million.

We provided both development consultancy and leasing advice, and successfully pre-let the entire building to DLA Piper during construction.

Advised on the acquisition of the freehold interest - £138 million.

We are currently providing both development consultancy and leasing advice on the comprehensive refurbishment of this 220,000 sq ft building, where 145,000 sq ft has been successfully pre-let to Jane Street Capital circa 11 months ahead of the scheduled completion date and 75,000 sq ft pre-let to Squire Patton Boggs.

1 & 5 Bank Street, E14

Canary Wharf Group

A new circa 700,000 sq ft development within the Canary Wharf core estate.

We have successfully pre-let 280,000 to Société Générale.

Blackstone Group International

Following the disposal of the leasehold interest, we were subsequently retained as leasing advisor and successfully leased approximately 110,000 sq ft to tenants including Deliveroo, Kobalt Music and English Heritage.

1 Angel Court, EC2

Mitsui Fudosan

We provided leasing advice on this 300,000 sq ft new building, which included a tenant business lounge, roof terraces and 20,000 sq ft of retail. It was successfully leased to a variety of occupiers including BUPA and the Prudential.

As such we have acted on the firm's behalf to undertake various lease restructures in Exchange House and 10 Exchange Square (375,000 sq ft) and City Gate House (60,000 sq ft).

The relationship with the partners of Clyde & Co LLP has spanned thirty years. In that time, the practice has grown both organically as well as through the acquisition of specialist teams. This culminated in a need to consolidate its various London operations into a single new HQ office comprising approximately 150,000 sq ft at St Botolph Building.

Barings

We provided advice to Barings in connection with the consolidation of several of their offices across Central London, resulting in the pre-letting of circa 115,000 sq ft at 20 Old Bailey, EC4, to house their new headquarters.

We are providing ongoing advice regarding the disposal of legacy accommodation at 155 Bishopsgate, EC2.

Aon

We provide ongoing advice to Aon in connection with their Central London real estate, most recently advising on the disposal of 90,000 sq ft at 55 Bishopsgate, EC2, 70,000 sq ft at 1 Portsoken Street, E1 and 30,000 sq ft at 11 Devonshire Square, EC2.

The property was developed and leased six months ahead of completion in late 2006 at the peak of the rent cycle.

Off market disposal of the leasehold interest for a syndicate including Aberdeen Standard Investments – circa £235 million.

Advice was provided in connection with the formation of a joint venture on this landmark development.

We have provided development consulting and leasing advice to successfully pre-let circa 90% of the accommodation, including 246,000 sq ft to The Royal Bank of Canada, 256,000 sq ft to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, 118,000 sq ft to Jefferies and 40,000 sq ft to Paul Hastings.

We were retained as development consultancy and leasing advisor for the proposed redevelopment of approximately 600,000 sq ft arranged over five buildings and a significant public realm enhancement of this former Royal Mint.
